Tarajean Yazzie-Mintz, Ed.D., is the founder and principal consultant at First Light Education Project, which helps indigenous individuals, groups, and communities reach their educational goals.
Oneida Fox Roye, Ph.D., M.Ed., became the first Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer for Massachusetts’s Dedham Public Schools in 2020, and is formerly a literacy coach.
Pilar Quintero is a special education and bilingual teacher and reading specialist focused on equity, accessibility, and developing innovative instruction for elementary grade students of all languages and abilities.
Asha French, Ph.D., is a writer, scholar, textbook consultant, and curriculum developer who has written for Ebony, the New York Times, Women’s Media Center, and Mutha magazine.
Bunkong Tuon, is an Associate Professor of Ethnic American Literature at Union College. His research focus includes Asian American studies, trauma studies, testimonial discourse, and folklore studies.
